RARE Antique Tiffany/Limoges Silver/Porcelain Cup with Spoon

  
Up for your consideration extremely rare Tiffany & Co sterling solver with Limoges porcelain sugar/spice cup with lid and matching Tiffany sterling silver spoon. Porcelain insert decorated with hand-painted flies and gilded rims. The item is extremely rare, especially in the near mint condition like this one. The porcelain part marked for Limoges on the bottom and numbered 765/F-13. Pattern mark correspond to 1910. Spoon with scoop like gilded bowl marked with the same period marks. Absolutely mint condition no damage. Monogrammed (can be polished off).

Cup: H 4; diameter 4 3/8, diameter of porcelain part 2 3/8. Total silver weight with spoon 124g. There is NO RETURN for items unless I have made a fundamental mistake in my item description.
